1 Museum steps & curtilage (first story)  - problem of sun in eyes of listeners / traffic hazard behind - Joe to select place to stand bearing angle of sun in mind, stewards to keep listeners off pavement and on curtilage as much as possible, and to be extra vigilant, esp of children 

2 Throughout: hazards on pavement including – street furniture / A boards / low awnings / hanging baskets - stewards to be vigilant and warn people appropriately  

3 Cross entry road to car park at staggered cross roads by library - stewards to guard and guide people and direct traffic

 

4 Cross High Street to use wider pavement - crossing road - Joe to use zebra crossing, stewards to guard and guide people and direct traffic   

5 Cross Noble Street (side road) - crossing road - stewards to guard and guide people and direct traffic 

6 Cross Crown Street (side road) - crossing road - stewards to guard and guide people and direct traffic 

7 Narrowing pavement - stewards to be vigilant and warn people appropriately 

8 Cross High Street opposite church gates: may be parked cars obscuring view - crossing road - stewards to guard and guide people and direct traffic  

9 Church Gates – Joe to advise people that a service is talking place in the church - people to enter churchyard quietly 

10 Story site in churchyard (second story) - trip hazard: kerb - stewards and Joe to be aware and warn people appropriately 

11 Cross back over High Street at same place opposite church gates: may be parked cars obscuring view - crossing road - stewards to guard and guide people and direct traffic  

12 Return along High Street - same potential hazards as on way out (qv) 

13 Turn left into Drawell Lane - potential hazard of traffic turning into what seems to be pedestrianised path; first section is accessible to cars - stewards to be aware and warn people appropriately 

14 Illegal broken glass fixed into tops of walls along Drawell Lane - stewards to be aware and warn people appropriately 

15 Path exits into road - warning signs on gates - stewards to be aware and warn people appropriately 

16 Turn right - no pavement on short section of walk - stewards to be vigilant, keep group on yellow hatched lines at side of road and warn people appropriately 

17 Turn right onto New Street and gather in entry to drive of Roseville House (third story site) - stewards to keep listeners off pavement and on driveway as much as possible, and to be extra vigilant, esp of children 

18 Cross to other side of New Road - Joe to warn before crossing that pavement is narrow and to ask people to walk in single file - stewards to guard and guide people and direct traffic  

19 Cross Aston Street opposite Millennium Green gates - stewards to guard and guide people and direct traffic  

20 Grass mound at back of morgue (final story site) - uneven ground, trip hazard with small kerb to grassed area - stewards to be aware and warn people as appropriate
