The museum is housed in the University Centre Shrewsbury at Guildhall, Frankwell Quay, Shrewsbury. The exhibits are distributed around the building in public areas and in some rooms viewable by appointment.

There are things to see and do and stories waiting to be heard. We suggest you allow at least an hour for your visit, some people stay a lot longer.

The museum exhibits will interest everybody with a love of story from the very young to the very old. University Centre Shrewsbury is fully accessible to those with mobility challenges with lifts, ramps where appropriate and many disabled friendly toilets.

Please contact us prior to your visit if you would like further information on meeting your specific needs.
