The view from your window

A toposcope has a picture of the important places you can see from one spot. It tells you how far away they are away too. This is the view from my window.

Can you draw the important places you can see from your window? Get an adult to help you to time how long it takes you to walk to each place and write the time in too.

Try to Juggle

If you want to learn to juggle first you must practise throwing and catching one ball.

Take a soft ball or a tennis ball in your right hand.
Throw it up into the air.
As it falls down catch it in your left hand.
Then throw it up into the air again.
This time catch it with your right hand.

Keep on throwing the ball with one hand and catching it with the other.
When you can do this, try to throw the ball level with your eyes.
When you can do this, try to throw the ball in a regular, even rhythm.
When you can do this, try throwing and catching the ball with your eyes shut!

Well done - you will make a good juggler.
