Grow Your Own Food.


You will need..

Water
A sieve
A clear bowl
A few beans or seeds
(alfalfa is best-buy some from the health shop)

Put some seeds in the sieve. Rinse them well in cold water. Put 1cm of water in the bottom of the bowl. Rest the sieve on the bowl. Keep it on a well lit window sill. Rinse the seeds twice each day. After two or three days they will sprout. Wash them and eat them when the shoots are 3cm long.
